» Reservations

All requests
should be made directly by email to reservations@actiontrav.com,
or through our online system. All bookings will be confirmed
in written form via email or fax. We are not responsible for
reservations made by phone.

| » Accommodations |
|
|
|

Action Travel is not responsible for any type of surcharges, such as resort fees, parking's or breakfast, unless they are specified in the voucher or our website. Also Action Travel is not responsible if the hotels change the rates of this extra services without prior notice.

Rates
are per room per night, taxes included.

Action
Travel Corp. reserves the right to utilize alternative
accommodations should booking problems occur. Substitutes
will be equal or better in quality.

Most of the hotels have either 2 double beds or 1 king bed which can't be confirmed until check in. Rollaway beds are usually available for an aditional fee and should be paid by the passenger directly to the hotel.

Schedules check in and check out are 11.00 and 4.00 pm respectively, otherwise it will be specified.

Action Travel is not responsible if the hotel decides not to offer complimentary transfers and breakfasts unannounced.

Types of beds can be requested, but the hotels do not guarantee 100% connected rooms, or even triple and quadruple.

| » Transfers In / Out |
|

In case of a no-show at the airport, we will consider the service given and there will be no refund.
The same policy applies for all transfers or excursions. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the service arranged time.

Transfer services will be provided by car / Minivan / Maxivan depending on each service.

| » Commissions |

| » Vouchers & itineraries |
|

After
payments our Accounting Department will send you all the vouchers
via email. All vouchers have our Toll Free number. Passengers
must be advised to call us in case of flight cancellations
or other changes.

Should
be any discrepancies between services requested and passenger's
printed itinerary, clarifications will be requested via e-mail.
However, in the event that time does not permit a reply from
the travel agent, Action Travel Corp. reserves the right to
interpret the intent of the travel agent and will bill accordingly.

| » Changes & Cancellations |
|

It
is a standard policy that all changes and/or cancellations
must be submitted to reservations@actiontrav.com
in written form, and any fee or penalty charged by the hotel
as a result of such change and/or cancellation as stated in
their contracts with Action Travel Corp. will be responsibility
of the Company requesting the change or cancellation.

All
reservations are considered active unless a cancellation file
number is issued by Action Travel Corp., after a written cancellation
request is received from the Company that originates the booking.

For
cancellation deadlines, please refer to the information disclosed
for each hotel in its Internet site or in our current tariff
book.

Should
a client decide not to use a specific service once in travel,
by no means this service will be refundable.

Should
a client decide to leave early from a hotel he may get penalized
by the hotel with a fee.

| » Responsabilities |

Action
Travel Corp. and their agents declare all tickets, vouchers
and coupons issued and all arrangements for transport and
accommodations are made by them upon the express condition
that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss,
accident, delay or irregularity, which may occur either by
reason or defect in any vehicle or through the act of default
of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger
or carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise
in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or employee.
Action Travel Corp. and / or their agents can accept no responsibility
for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes
in schedules, defaults, or overbooking by hotels, sickness,
strikes, war, quarantine, weather related conditions or other
causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne
by the passenger.

Baggage
and small articles are the owner's throughout the tour unless
insured. Due to space limitations, we can only transport two
bags per passenger. The right is retained to decline, accept,
or retain any person as member of the tour or cancel or alter
the tour.
Passengers will be responsible for their flight reconfirmation.

| » Validity |

All
rates in this tariff book can be modified without previous
notice.

All
of our prices are commisionable, and in US dollars only.

At
the moment of requesting reservations with Action Travel,
it is fully established that both the passenger and the Travel
Agent are accepting all and each one of the conditions displayed
in this web tariff.
